2. License Types

When you purchase a beat from DJ Joey Beats, you are purchasing a license to use that beat under specific terms. We offer the following license types:

• Basic License: Non-exclusive license for personal use, demos, and small commercial releases with limited distribution.
• Premium License: Non-exclusive license with expanded rights for larger commercial releases and increased distribution limits.
• Exclusive License: Full ownership transfer. The beat is removed from the store and you receive all rights to use the beat without restrictions.

3. Usage Rights

Upon purchasing a license, you may:

• Use the beat for recording vocals and creating songs
• Distribute the final song on streaming platforms (subject to license limits)
• Perform the song live
• Use the song in music videos (Premium and Exclusive licenses)

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or lease the beat itself
• Claim ownership of the beat (except Exclusive license)
• Use the beat in content that promotes hate, violence, or illegal activities
• Register the beat with a content ID system (except Exclusive license)

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the beat files have been delivered. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the problem.

5. Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive your beat files via email and/or download link. Files are typically delivered within minutes of purchase. If you do not receive your files within 24 hours, please contact us.

6. Copyright and Ownership

All beats, instrumentals, and audio content on this website are the intellectual property of DJ Joey Beats unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a license grants you specific usage rights but does not transfer copyright ownership (except for Exclusive licenses where full rights are transferred).

7. Credit Requirements

For Basic and Premium licenses, you must credit "Prod. DJ Joey Beats" or "Produced by DJ Joey Beats" in the song title, description, or credits of any released work. Exclusive license holders are not required to provide credit but may do so optionally.

8. Limitation of Liability

DJ Joey Beats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our website or services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
